SIGN-UP DATES AND TIME FOR 2012
*RETURNING PLAYERS IF YOU DO NOT SIGN UP ON THE RETURNING PLAYER DATE, A SPOT IS NOT GUARANTEED FOR YOU IF YOU SIGN UP ON REGULAR SIGN UP DATES. IF TEAMS ARE FULL YOU WILL BE PLACED ONA WAITING LIST NO MATTER IF YOU ARE A RETURNING PLAYER OR NOT, SO PLEASE SIGNUP ON THE RETURNING PLAYER DATE! *
**THERE IS A MINIMUM DEPOSIT OF $100.00 FUNDRAISER BUYOUT REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION**
IN ORDER TO SIGN YOUR CHILD UP FOR THE 2012 SEASON THIS MUST BE PAID IN ORDER TO REGISTER YOUR PLAYER OR CHEERLEADER, IF NOT THEY CANNOT BE REGISTERED TILL THIS MINIMUM DEPOSIT IS PAID AND MAY MOT GET ON A TEAM DUE TO PLACEMENT CONTSTRAINTS FOR THE SEASON, THIS INCLUDE ALL RETURNING PLAYERS AND CHEERLEADERS.
PHYSICALS
CHILDREN MUST BE 5 yrs OLD BY JULY 31st OF EACH YEAR TO BE ELIGIBLE TO * FOR RETURNING PLAYERS ONLY , must have been on a Fontana Pop Warner team as a Player or Cheerleader the whole 2011 season to qualify, for this sign up. REQUIRED FOR SIGN-UP'S: 1.Certified Birth Certificate only (NO HOSPITAL OR CHURCH CERTIFICATES WILL BE ACCEPTED AS A PROOF OF BIRTH). 2. Proof Of Residency required, as in a Utility Bill, Gas, Electric, Water only (DRIVERS LICENSE, CABLE BILLS, CELL PHONE BILLS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS PROOF OF RESIDENCY). 3. Full Years School Report Card of the child required. 4. Fee of *$300.00 at the sign-up a must. 5. Players and Cheerleaders MUST be present to be signed-up no exceptions.
ALL THESE REQUIRMENTS MUST BE MET IN ORDER TO SIGNUP RETURNERS OR REGULAR SIGNUPS, YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY IF THESE REQUIRMENTS ARE NOT MET! NO EXCEPTIONS TO THESE RULES OR REQUIRMENTS FONTANA POP WARNER REFUND POLICY Fontana Pop Warner Will Refund Total Amount Of Registration* To Players Or Cheerleaders Who Do Not Take The Field For Practice Come August 1st Of The Playing Season. There Will Be A $25.00 Minimum Charge After The Player Or Chearleader Has Taken The Field for 1 Day Or The Full First Week Of August 1st Practice, After The First Week Of Practice There Is NO Refunds Allowed To Players Or Chherleaders.
