ABOUT POP WARNER

Pop Warner Little Scholars, Inc. is a non-profit organization that provides youth football and cheerleading programs for children aged 5 to 14 years old. The organization was founded in 1929 by Joseph J. Tomlin to promote athletics and academic achievement among inner-city youth. The name "Pop Warner" comes from the organization's founder, who was a successful coach at the collegiate and professional levels.

Pop Warner is the largest youth football and cheerleading organization in the United States, with over 400,000 participants in all 50 states. The organization operates on a local level, with each community or region having its own Pop Warner program.
