Registration Steps:

(1) Complete online registration which you can find from the available program(s) below.

(2) All registration entries noted with * MUST be filled out

(3) All player photos must NOT include hats, glasses, closed eyes, etc.

(4) Have a scanned copy or picture of birth certificate for upload

(5) Have a scanned copy or picture of utility bill matching residence for upload

REGISTRATION FEES

You can select our payment plan to lock in your spot ASAP.

Registrations paid in full receive a $50 discount. (Please see office for reimbursement)

All FPW registrations require league and team fundraising. This includes a $100 fundraiser deposit for the season, which is non-refundable unless we don't have a qualified team for your player.

FOOTBALL AGE REQUIREMENTS

Fontana Pop Warner is open to boys and girls ages 5 to 13 (league age is your age as of July 31st of current year).  Placement in a particular division is based on AGE BASED DIVISIONS and do not have a weight requirement (Age 6 and under, Age 8 and under through Age 13 and under).

FOOTBALL CUSTOM JERSEY REQUIREMENTS

For your player(s) to receive a jersey with their last name and choice of number, ALL balances MUST be paid in full no later than July 1st. Teams will form shortly after July 1st and there will be NO exceptions. If registration is paid after July 1st, player(s) will receive our standard jersey with "FONTANA" and available number for their respective team.

CHEER AGE REQUIREMENTS

Fontana Pop Warner Cheer is for ages 3 to 14 (league age is your age as of current year).  Placement in a particular division is based on AGE BASED DIVISIONS (Age 6 and under, Age 8 and under through Age 13 and under).

PLEASE NOTE - REGISTRATION INTO AGE GROUP DOES NOT GUARANTEE SPOT WITHIN THAT AGE GROUP.  MULTIPLE DIVISIONS SHARE SAME AGES AND/OR SHIFT AND PARTICIPANT CAN BE MOVED TO ACCOMMODATE AS NEEDED. FPW RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MOVE ATHLETE INTO PROPER DIVISION ACCORDING TO POP WARNER FOOTBALL & CHEER ASSOCIATION.

Teams will be formed in July.  You will hear from your coach early July. We will have conditioning workouts available in June & July. Practices start mid-July and are MANDATORY. Check the league calendar for specific dates.

PAPER DOCUMENT PACKAGE

We will require 5 documents before the season starts. We will have various days to submit the below documents at our admin office to start our Mt. Baldy Conference books for the upcoming 2026-27 season. Those items are:

2026-2027 Participant Contract and Parental Consent Form (printed from profile)

2026-2027 Mt. Baldy Physical Form

Proof of Residency (Matching address on profile)

2025-2026 Full Report Card (End of school year 3 trimesters)

Birth Certificate Copy (Previous registered players omit)

Challenger Program

The mission of the Pop Warner Challenger Division is to bring the Pop Warner experience to those special needs individuals. Pop Warner's overall goals are to allow young people to benefit from participating in team sports and activities in a safe and structured environment. By establishing a Challenger Division, Pop Warner is providing an opportunity for everyone to participate in the great game of football. The Challenger Program is a non-competitive program and no score is kept.
